All approvals and verifications are subject to Meta’s policies and discretion.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:

You are legally authorized to represent your business

3. Nature of Services
AdsGyani provides technical assistance and setup support for WhatsApp Business API and automation systems.
We do not:
Guarantee WhatsApp API approval
Guarantee Blue Tick verification
Guarantee specific approval timelines
All approvals are decided solely by Meta.
4. Payments & Fees
All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Once service onboarding or technical setup begins, fees are non-refundable.
Pricing structures (one-time or subscription) will be clearly communicated before purchase.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of services.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Comply with WhatsApp Business Policy
Not send spam or unsolicited messages
Not use purchased, scraped, or unauthorized contact lists
Not promote illegal, fraudulent, or restricted content
You are fully responsible for the content you send through WhatsApp API.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use our services to:
Send bulk spam messages
Promote gambling, adult content, illegal activities, or scams
Harass, threaten, or mislead users
Violate data protection laws
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
AdsGyani reserves the right to:
Suspend services in case of policy violations
Terminate accounts for misuse
Deny service if risk to compliance is detected
Meta/WhatsApp may also suspend accounts independently.
We are not responsible for suspensions caused by policy violations.
8. Limitation of Liability
AdsGyani shall not be liable for:
WhatsApp account bans or restrictions
Meta policy changes
Revenue loss due to platform limitations
Service interruptions caused by third-party providers
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials on adsgyani.in are the property of AdsGyani and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
10. Data & Privacy
